Staff was absolutely wonderful. I had to stay there after the unexpected death of our dog on our way back home to Switzerland. Everyone was so understanding and friendly. I had to wait for the cremation and couldn't give a clear checkout date but they were so flexible :-)

Location, just a short run to the Ferry Port at the Hook, easy access via an A road 700m away. The hotel has a large free car park with both Tesla fast chargers and conventional charging points. Our room, although a little dated now, was a good size, clean, with a comfortable double bed. Working air conditioning. The bathroom was well maintained, if a little cramped. Everything functioned as expected. However, there was no hairdryer... We had an evening snack and drink, both excellent and reasonably priced, as was the breakfast buffet, with a mix of continental and hot food. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for at under €60 per night.

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel offers exactly what you would expect. If you have a car, it is very comfortable and next to a highway. For public transport it is quite far from Utrecht Centraal, but it is very easy to get there with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away (something to consider if traveling in the rain).

Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful and stylish property. Accessible price. We asked for an extra baby-bed in the room and it was already prepared when arriving, we just had to put baby in bed without problems. We only stayed one night. Excellent!

Needed a place after a long day travelling. The property was light and clean with many places to sit and relax. Our room was so clean. Bed was very comfortable, not slept that well in a long time. Had everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location easy to get to and free parking. Highly recommended.
